Danniel Kang is a licensed Structural and Civil Engineer with over 18 years of experience leading the structural design and engineering of commercial, residential, educational, and retrofit building systems across California. He blends thoughtful engineering rigor with practical constructability, emphasizing resilient design, efficient detailing, and meticulous coordination throughout every stage of a project — from conceptual design through construction execution.
Known for his collaborative approach, Danniel works closely with architects, contractors, and owners to deliver solutions that are safe, economical, and buildable. His expertise in seismic design and retrofit work helps clients navigate complex code requirements while advancing project goals that balance performance with budget.

Tyler Dick brings over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, combining deep technical expertise with a strong foundation in construction. His hands-on construction background informs his approach to detailing, constructability, and practical problem-solving, allowing him to bridge the gap between design intent and real-world execution.
As a certified specialist in Revit and AutoCAD, Tyler leads the development of BIM standards, production systems, and coordination workflows. He has implemented company-wide modeling and documentation standards that support multidisciplinary teams and enable efficient, consistent project delivery at scale. Tyler champions collaboration, quality, and technical rigor, ensuring that every project benefits from both precision in the model and practicality in the field
